Pavonia Loft

The top floor of an industrial loft in Jersey City has been converted into a shared living space for two families. Private spaces ~ bedrooms, baths, kitchens ~ are contained in an enclosure along the west edge of the floor. The open living area is divided by a three story tower which pierces the roof and provides views of lower Manhattan. Work areas and guest spaces are in a mezzanine above the living areas.
